Grow Your Physique

Grow and sculpt your body to win competitions. Reach the minimum gains required to win and become the ultimate bodybuilder. Play workout cards to get Gains, e.g., play Arms to grow those guns.

Strategic Deckbuilding

Don't push too hard — too much Fatigue can lead to Injury. Play rest and supplement cards to increase your Gains or decrease muscle Fatigue. Build your perfect deck to maximize your gains.

Become a Specialist

Really into your Glutes? No problem, become a Glutes purist and get those buns hun. Focus on specific muscle groups to create your unique bodybuilding strategy and dominate the competition.

Roguelike Progression
